Lovely Gloves Crochet patterns and Ideas

Fin de Siècle Mitts Crochet Pattern

These mittens are worked bottom up in reverse stockinette stitch and worked flat with a welt as the bottom edge. The body of each glove has a twist and slip detail (both traced and written) and are finished with a picot closure and stitched to finish! Today we will examine crochet patterns from a different angle. There are gorgeous free crochet patterns available especially for graceful hands? So what kind of hobby do you have about crochet patterns? I usually like patterns like amigurumi more. However, amigurumi is not as popular as other patterns for now. Other patterns are preferred a little more.

Thornton Road Mitts Crochet Pattern

We designed our Thornton road gloves using a simple slip stitch pattern. Using slip stitches with a hand-dyed yarn can often produce wonderful results. Some hand-dyed yarns “mix” the colors according to the dyeing technique and the number of stitches. We don’t think you’ll find grouping with this yarn, but a slip stitch pattern is one to keep in a knitting pattern library!

Although there are a generous 250 yards on the skein, our model used around 135 yards, which makes it difficult to pull two pairs out of one skein. (The slip stitch pattern produces a slightly smaller gauge which requires a few more stitches in the pattern.) Another thing to keep in mind is that the superwash will tend to “loosen” with use and washing. If you are knitting these gloves for a smaller hand such as a very snug fit, you may want to reduce the needle size.

Emerald Isle Fingerless Mitts Crochet Pattern

Fingerless gloves can sometimes leave something to be desired, namely warmth!
Not these! Knitted Tunisian with voluminous yarn # 6, these are thick and comfy!
They work very fast and have the adorable look of the knit that we crochet hooks are often jealous of or try to replicate in some way.
Well, these are better than regular knitting because the nature of Tunisian crochet is that it creates a dense fabric.
Translation: HOT!
And you can still grab those important things like your keys, cell phone, steering wheel, or maybe even your crochet hook!

Colorful Realistic Beautiful Crochet Flowers Patterns

Water Lily Flower Crochet Pattern

A water lily flower pattern close to the real flower itself.
This lovely water lily is my personal design that I use for making my bookmarks and pendants in my shop.

The water lily flower is worked in the round starting from the center, using the front loops followed by the unworked back loops of the next round.

The pattern can be extended to make squares, cushions, blankets. It can also be used as a pendant for jewelry and as a bookmark by sewing a stem at the base.

The yarn used here is the famous crochet thread in the Philippines, Monaco mercerized cotton which is close to Aunt Lydia’s #10 crochet thread.

You can make this bigger by using a bigger thread/ yarn. Gauge is not really important for making this adorable embellishment, it can be easily adjusted for a wider range of sizes by using different sized yarns and hooks.

Pointy Petal Flower Crochet Pattern

A fun little flower pattern (also looks a bit like a star!) This would make a cute coaster or could be used as an embellishment. I came up with the design to make a garland of flowers and stars…. 🙂 In particular, flower figures have recently started to be used as a decoration tool for amigurumi toys. It is especially applied to the head of amigurumis in the form of tiny ornaments. I will share free amigurumi patterns for you very soon. I hope you like crochet patterns.

Included is the maddening tutorial on color change. This tutorial walks you through the technique I use to create the flower puddle patterns. There are many techniques available for color / yarn change, but I find this to be the cleanest, fastest and safest method for this type of project.

Of course, the color change tutorial is only offered as a help, you don’t need to use this method for Flower Puddles motifs.

Primrose Flower Crochet Pattern

Another day, another free crochet flower pattern as promised! This time I have prepared for you – Free Crochet Primrose Pattern. (Here you can find out more about the free crochet flower pattern a challenge of the day that I set for myself).

I have a large supply of yarn but couldn’t find anything appropriate at first, I tried 2 color combinations before finding the perfect yarn colors. Unfortunately I mostly use chunky yarn, so my crochet primrose flower turned out to be huge (about 9cm). I used chunky Robin yarn. For the central part I used the color Sunflower (075) and for the petals I used Cream (041). If you have a 2-ply yarn, I recommend using it if you want to make a smaller flower. I used a 4.5mm hook to get a tighter tension.

Mood Stitches Scarf Crochet Pattern

The design of this Mood Stitches scarf is simple. We start with only 3 stitches and on each row we will increase with one stitch only on one side.

If you want you can work more rows than those written in the pattern and arrange it like a shawl.
To consume it I just made a knot with a loop at the narrowest corner and pulling the opposite corner through that loop. It looks nice !! Weft patterns are our new topic today. Infinite Blossoms Crochet Pattern

Inspired by our “Infinite Stripes” motif, we wondered what two color-altering “Blossoms” cakes would do when worked together from opposite ends. So, we took two cakes of the same color and knitted strips: two rows from one end of one cake and two rows from the opposite end / color of the other cake. The result was fantastic! With a cake that transforms dramatically – like the one shown in “Zinnia” – even the most central colors (which are very close to the same) are distinguishable. With a gradient cake, like the one shown in “Globe Thistle”, the changes are very subtle and the more central colors meet and blend in the middle.

The model has the option for two sizes: a 25cm wide version that will wrap three times around the neck and a 30cm wide version that will wrap twice.

Started with a tentative boot and finished with a three-needle closure, watch the colors interact as you go.

Combination House Scarf Crochet Pattern

I took some of those infamous Sorting Hat Quizzes and found that they are equally Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. It turns out that the modern version of the Harry Potter fandom has a name for this combination – Ravenpuff. He is cute and fits perfectly! I figured there are a lot of people out there who don’t quite fit into one of the four Hogwarts houses, so why not make a crochet scarf that reflects that?

I made this Ravenpuff scarf using dark blue and gold yarns. Blue is for Ravenclaw and gold is for Hufflepuff.

The Tunisian plain stitch is used everywhere. Check out my YouTube series for a tutorial!

11 Awesome Crochet Shawl Patterns for beginner

Feuille-morte Crochet Pattern

The yoke patterns in the second volume of Hitomi Shida’s stitch dictionaries have been a particular inspiration to me… I love coming up with applications that aren’t sweater yokes for those stitch arrangements. Shortened versions for crescent wrap borders (like this one) are the most obvious application, but there are other intriguing possibilities like making batwing sleeves, or using a single panel to add decorative shaping to a garment. In addition to these crochet patterns, how about trying amigurumi patterns? And free amigurumi patterns. It is usually quite difficult to find such amigurumi patterns for free. However, you can make a beautiful site by making the necessary effort.

And this free pattern also includes one of my favorite novelty stitches, which I’ve been calling a ‘tuck bobble’, but I’ve seen referred to in other sources (like the Cartouche shawl) as a ‘flower bud’. The five-stitch variant is my favorite, because it has a pleasant squishiness to it.

However, a part of me loves the fill for the short-rowed upper section of this wrap even more than the lower lacy section. The contrast of the ridges with the mini cables is so satisfying, and it balances out this piece better than a plain stockinette fill would have.

Arrow Crochet Wrap is worked from end to end, pointed at one end and V-shaped at the other end. The alternation of stripes and two different lace patterns creates a beautiful texture and eye-catching lace designs. The entire casing is perfectly reversible.
This is a long, thin, arrow-shaped shawl that can be worn in many ways and is the perfect piece for your wardrobe.

Arrow Crochet Wrap is a great project for those of you looking to expand your crochet skills. Not entirely senseless project, but simple enough to get rhythmic. Make it as large / small or as wide / narrow as you wish. The number of repetitions of the section can be adjusted, depending on the desired size of the finished shawl.

The template contains both written and graphical instructions (tested). Choose the most comfortable way to follow the pattern.

Summer Celebration Shawl Crochet Pattern

This vibrant shawl knitted with the new Malabrigo Verano, a nice and soft cotton yarn that is really nice to knit with. A great late summer sweater that you can wear in the fall.

The chevron uses some new decrease and increase techniques and is paired with a lattice pattern.

The chevron pattern uses the Flashy Decrease, a simple change to a standard decrease that adds texture and clean lines. The rise on the front and front (compared to the front and back) in knit 1 practically disappears into the surrounding garter. You can read more about it in the blog announcement.

Cartref Slippers Crochet Pattern

These are the perfect reason to run out of all those leftover bits of yarn that I hate to waste but are really too little to do much, you can easily color them or add stripes. They’re warm, they’re nice and low so they don’t sink into your leg, they provide some cushioning on hard floors, and they’re simply cozy. I make a lot of them and wear them almost every day.

This model fits my size 38 feet perfectly. Instructions are provided for adjusting the length to fit any woman’s foot size.

Materials and supplies

Yarn, fingering (double seal), DK, and combed weights all work with this pattern (approx 100g)
