A while ago, I created this Tik Tok. Since then, it has become my most popular post on Tumblr, and people have been asking me for an outline. Well, I finally stopped procrastinating!

PLEASE READ: No matter how hard I tried, this model turned out to be quite small. Always test your gauge and check your voltage. My head is about 23 inches and this turned out to be snug, so increase a needle size or two if you’re doing this for someone with a larger head.
